Course Information |
The race is approximately 5 miles and will incorporate 4 mandatory bike exchanges at designated points along the course. At 3 of the bike exchanges there will be an obstacle you each must complete. Once the obstacle is completed the person that left the bike may run on to the next stop while the person behind comes up completes the obstacle and rides the bike on. At the last obstacle you must complete it together and then finish the last 1/2 mile to the finish line together. The last obstacle is a team event. The team must only be together at the beginning and the last obstacle to the finish.
