Distances - Age Groups - About the Course

Ages 7 and 8:
Swim 50 yards - Bike 1.5 miles - Run 1/4 Mile.

Ages 9, 10, and 11:
Swim 100 yards - Bike 2.0 miles - Run 1/2 Mile.

Ages 12, 13 and 14:
Swim 200 yards - Bike 3.0 miles - Run 1 Mile.

USAT Membership is required for this event.

If you are not a current member, you will be able to purchase a 1-year youth membership ($5) during the registration process.

Please make every effort to pick up you packet on Friday night.

Orientation Meeting:
All participants MUST attend a pre-race orientation with a parent or guardian. These will be held at 5:30 and 7:00 PM (at Packet Pick Up) and 8:30 AM on race morning.
