Zach Monaghan |
Zach graduated from Union High School in May 2015. He was a member of the Union High School Track and Cross Country Teams. Although he was born with a very special heart he never allowed it to limit his strength or
determination. His enduring love for his family, friends, faith, and running was an inspiration to all that knew him. Zach passed away on June 27, 2015 from complications following open-heart surgery. This run is an opportunity to honor and remember Zach. All proceeds will go to the Zachary Thomas Monaghan Memorial Fund. This Memorial Fund provides educational scholarships to members of the Union High School Track and Cross County teams selected each year by the coaches to receive the “Zach Monaghan Character Award.” Additionally, the Memorial Fund provides financial assistance to various youth programs.
Zach always gave his best to never sacrifice God’s gift of his life.
