IMPORTANT NOTE: Register Early. Please understand that t-shirts are not guaranteed to those registering Friday or Saturday.

The 5K cross country run/walk challenges runners with dirt roads, open fields, grassy paths, wooded trails, animal areas and possible water crossings.

The Children's Fun Run will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m., after the 5K Run/Walk. Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 4-7 years old will run 1/4 mile through Merrill Woods. Eight years and older will run 1/2 mile through Merrill Woods & Helige Trail. All participants will receive a special award and t-shirt.

6:30 - 7:15 AM - Race-day registration and packet pick-up
8:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk
9:00 AM - Children's Fun Run

5K Run
Overall female and male finishers ( trophy is an elk antler ).
Top three female and male finishers in each age division.

Children's Fun Run
All children who participate in the race will receive a ribbon.

All race participants and volunteers are invited to a post-race breakfast sponsored by Heart of America Restaurants & Inns.

Awards will be announced at this time. Fruit and water will be available at the finish line.
