Your Local 4-H Club has been given the honor for a 2nd year of hosting the upcoming 5K Dump Run during Bailey Days! All proceeds will go to benefit our 4 -H youth through project items and awards. It is through people like you that we are able to provide real life learning experiences for youth through a fun, hands on action oriented and practical programs. 4-H is the youth development arm of Colorado State University. It is a youth organization that belongs to the members, their familes, and interested adults who serve as volunteer leaders under the direction of their extension Director.
Directions to Race |
C-470 to 285 South. Follow 285 Couth Bound for 30 miles. You will arrive in the town of Bailey at the base of Crow Hill. Turn Left onto County Road 64 between the US Post Office and Moore Lumber. Continue on CR 64 until you see Platte Canyon Community Church on your left hand side. Look for the Hamburger Helper 4-H banner for check in.
Park at Platte canyon Community Church.
Course Description |
This race is called the "Dump Run" because it is located as what is known as the old dump road… Paved, Dirt, Hilly and mostly down hill.
