The Phi Delt's at Florida State University take our National philanthropy very seriously and this year we look to raise more money than ever for the ALS Foundation. ALS disease, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, causes your nerve cells to break down which reduces the functionality in the muscles they supply, which in the worst cases can make you totally immobile. There is not yet any known cure for ALS Disease.
To combat ALS Disease we are holding our third annual Strikeout ALS Softball Tournament in honor of our brother, the late, great Lou Gehrig.
