This year we’re delighted to team up with DePauw University’s Chapter of “Exercise is Medicine”(EIM), an organization which promotes the importance of physical activity and advocating exercise as an integral part of health and daily life. The 5K run/walk is scheduled to be held on Friday evening, 5:30 p.m. October 6th at DePauw University Nature Park.

Mental Health America is a non-profit organization that promotes mental wellness while working to erase the stigma of mental illness in Putnam County through education, support services and prevention activities. Our programs include: Helping Children/Co-Parenting (court mandated classes for families whose children are living in separate households through divorce and/or separation); CrisisTextLine (a texting resource for teen/young adults in crisis); “Puppet Power” Program (performances presented in ALL Putnam County school corporations reaching about 1500 students each year with information and skills to deal , in safe ways, with uncomfortable situations they may encounter); Clothe-a- Child (providing help to children in need).
