About the Courses |
There are two courses to choose from:
The most difficult is 4+ miles and the easier, shorter course is about two miles.
Course Description: The run begins at Whispering Pines Shelter. Courses include trails, maintained and un-maintained, wooded areas, natural and artificial hazards, water, and mud.
European Cross Country Run: Something different. Great opportunity for competition or leisurely workout. Surprises throughout!

WARNING about weather and the course |
Weather conditions can make the course very difficult. Be prepared to get wet, muddy, slip, fall, and laugh at yourself.

Awards and Prizes |
Special awards in many crazy categories.
The awards ceremony starts at approximately 2:15 PM.
Many prizes will be given away from Running Wild & Governor's.

Post Race Refresments - Food - Proceeds |
Free refreshments, including soft drinks and hot cider.
Homemade sandwiches and chili will be available for purchase.
All proceeds will go to the Nancy Kapheim Scholarship Fund.
