Want to see where you measure up to the other men and women here at NIFS and across the region? Register to compete in our annual non-sanctioned, 3-lift powerlifting meet. Our last 3 years have been very exciting and continue to draw more and better competition! Each year we see more participants, heavier lifts, & higher records! Be a part of a special group of athletes as we move mountains and physical barriers!
- Follows USA Powerlifting meet rules and regulations
- 50 athletes
- 10 weight class
- The Squat, Bench, and Dead Life comprise a total to determine a class winner

Mandatory Meeting: 8a
Power Lifting Meet: 9a - 12p
Lunch & Awards: 12 - 1p
Non-Sanctioned meet but following USA Power Lifting Meet Rules and Regulations

The entry deadline is November 6th, 2017 - Limit 50 athletes
These spots will go fast!
Awards will be given to every lifter. Awards for the best pound for pound male and female will also be given. Free event T-shirt to all lifters.

The National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) is a not-for-profit organization governed by a board of trustees. NIFS was established in 1985 and opened its doors with the help of grants from the Lilly Endowment, Inc., the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis. November 1, 1988 marked the dedication of the 117,000 square-foot facility and the opening of the Fitness Center, which serves more than 4,000 members.
