Van Zandt County Long Term Recovery Group presents the VZC 5K Run for Relief.
This is the next event through the fundraising committee of the LTRG to benefit tornado survivors. All funds go to the First State Bank of Ben Wheeler 501(c)(3)
This is meant to be an event for the entire family. Whether you walk or run or just come to see what all we have, spend your morning supporting the cause.

Registration: 8:00 a.m.
Activities Begin: 8:30 a.m.
5K Begins: 9:00 a.m.
1M Begins: 9:15 a.m.

Dogs are welcome!
- Facepainting and bounce house for the kids (adults can get their face painted too!) will start at 8:30am and continue through the events until 10:30am
- Canton Animal Shelter adoption clinic
- Raffle prizes to be drawn after the 5K (10am)

Award Categories:
1st and 2nd overall and 1st in each age group in the following categories:
1-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Enter the West Gate entrance of the First Monday grounds and come to the log cabin office. You won't miss it!

T-Shirts will be available in the following sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL

All pre-registered participants will be guaranteed a t-shirt if registered by Saturday, September 23, 2017. T-Shirts will be available on race day on a first-come, first-serve basis and may not be available in all sizes...REGISTER EARLY!!!!
