Join us to celebrate wellness & recovery!

Join the voices for recovery during CFR's 5th Annual "Walk for Wellness, Race for Recovery" 5K run/walk...this is a great opportunity to promote wellness and help raise awareness that recovery from mental health and substance use disorders is possible!

Individuals of all ages and abilities are invited to join us in celebration of the Recovery Month effort to raise awareness that behavioral health is essential to overall health, that prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can and do recover!

Walk for Wellness, Race for Recovery entry fee is $10.00. All participants will receive a t-shirt, plus snacks and activities following the race.

Late or same-day registration is allowed, but t-shirts may not be immediately available (more will be purchased post-event if necessary).

Participants MUST be at check-in before 8:45 AM on September 16, 2017.

Awards will be provided to the top 3 finishers in each race division: adult female 18-39, adult female 40+, adult male 18-39, adult male 40+, youth female, and youth male.

Community and Family Resources is dedicated to proactively assisting individuals, families, and communities achieve healthy behavior and lifestyle through advocacy, treatment, and prevention of substance abuse, problem gambling, and mental illness.
