Kent Farms, 12662 N. Christian Hollow Road, Winslow - take IL Rt. 73 into Winslow, turn west on Hubbard Street (which becomes Warren Road), take Warren Road west to Christian Hollow Road, then turn left (south) and proceed to Kent Farms on the right (parking will be marked)

The out-and-back 5K will start and end at Kent Farms and run south on a gently rolling course down Christian Hollow Road Road to the turnaround. The course will feature farm equipment displays, diverse farmsteads, scenic country landscape, and information highlighting Stephenson County agriculture all along the route

All finishers will receive a finisher's medal, and age group winners (male and female) will receive $20 gift certificates. The overall male and female winners will receive a farm-themed award.
Age groups are 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-plus; there will also be 18-and-up men's and women's stroller divisions for parents pushing a stroller.

At 9:30 a.m. we will hold the Chore Boot 40-yard dash pitting kids and adults in a competition wearing either cowboy boots or chore boots. There will be male and female age groups of 10 & under, 11-20, 21-35, 36-50, 51-65, and 66-plus with prizes for each age group winner. Registration for this event will be on race day beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 9:15 a.m.
