Have you wanted to participate in a triathlon, but have yet to take the plunge? This event is for you!

10 minute swim in a heated pool
30 minute ride on a spin bike
20 minute run on a treadmill

Entry fee includes an event shirt, door prizes, and participation in the after event party.

Winners will be decided by total distance covered in all three events.

Swim & run distances will be weighted.

All athletes must check in 30 minutes prior to their assigned start time. Accommodations will be attempted for wave times. Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. All wave requests should be submitted by email.

This race is capped at 63 individual entrants (63 individual entrants each on Saturday & Sunday, 28 teams on Friday).

All race proceeds will be donated to The Ronald McDonald House of Iowa City.

You also have the opportunity to make a financial contribution in addition to your registration fee. Please indicate on your entry form any additional amount you wish to donate. We thank you for your support!
