Class Details |
Beginning Tuesday August 2nd, join us for 14 weeks of training with Red Dirt! We'll meet Tuesdays at 6pm for a track/speed workout, Wednesdays at 7pm for our yoga and strength workout at Red Dirt, Thursdays at 6:30pm at Red Dirt for our speed/hill workout and Saturdays at 7am at various locations for our long run.
Every participant will get a 14-week training program, detailing each day's workout. In addition, we've partnered with CVP Fitness for Yoga classes at Red Dirt, and Farrells for core and strength classes alternating every other Wednesday.
We've also lined up or friends from Excel Chiropractic, Eleat Performance Nutrition, and Evan Hanson with the Run Well program at Madonnna. All three will participate in monthly/weekly meetings and discussions to help you successfully complete the Halfsy whether your goal is to finish smiling or setting a PR!
