Event Details |
The Alta Vista Days Committee is excited to announce the return of the Annual 5k GLOW RUN/WALK. We invite everyone to join us after the race for entertainment in the park. Each participant will receive a drink ticket and sandwich.
Participants will meet at Alta Vista Hall located at 208 North White Ave.
The run/walk will start 2 miles East of Alta Vista and will make its way through town and will finish at the AV Hall. Bus transportation will be provided to runners/walkers from the AV Hall to the starting line.
Packet Pick-Up at AV Hall: 7:00 PM
Bus Departure Times: 8:00 PM, 8:15 PM & 8:30 PM
Glow Run/Walk Start: 9:00 PM
Last shuttle leaves AV Hall at 8:30 PM

Awards |
Medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers for each age group both Male and
Female.
Age Groups: 14-Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.

Proceeds |
All proceeds will go towards the Chickasaw County K9 Unit and the betterment of the community.
