This is a Time Prediction Run. No timing devices are permitted. No watches, no phones, no GPS.

The person who predicts closest to the time it takes them to finish, wins.

An 9.5 mile route from the Helen G Nassif YMCA at 207 7th Ave SE to the Mercy Health Plaza YMCA at 5264 Council St NE.

The majority of this route is on the Cedar River Trail. The Trail is open to the public, you may encounter walkers, runners or bicyclists.

Please use caution and extend courtesy to all trail users. The roads are open to traffic so use sidewalks where appropriate.

A shuttle service from the finish line returning to the start line will be provided again this year. Shuttle times post race are planned for these times: 10:30 - 11:00 - 11:30. These times will be subject to change based on need, weather, RD input.

The closest to their predicted time receives a One Year Family or Adult Membership to the YMCA, the YMCA makes all final decisions.

Additional prizes for 2nd and 3rd time closest to predicted time to finish, plus Overall Winner (fastest time to complete race) and some prizes for participants.

Proceeds will benefit the Cedar Rapids Metro Area Y Association to continue funding Livestrong at the YMCA program. This is a local program to assist those in an Cancer Exercise Recovery Program. This is not the Livestrong Foundation.
