Virtual Runners
Unable to join us in Cedar Falls? Join us in spirit and commit to a Virtual Run/Walk. Bring the fun to your neighborhood and gather friends, family and supporters to Run Like a Mother and support women and girls in the state of Iowa. Your t-shirt and race information will be mailed to the address on your registration form.

Packet-Pick-up: Friday, May 6th from 4:30 to 6:30 at the Runner's Flat, 120 Main St., Cedar Falls. Registration will be available for $35 for adults and $25 for youth.

Race Day registration: Begins at 7 am at Island Park, Cedar Falls.

[*]The top three runners in each male and female age category: 10 and under, 11-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and up.

Kids Run will start at 9:30 am. We will divide kids according to the following ages and distance will reflect age. Categories: 2-4 year olds, 5-7 year olds, 8-10 years old and 11 and up.
