Information |
The Underground Railroad Run is a 5K race and a 3K fitness walk starting at Westfield High School and meandering through historic downtown Westfield. There is a recovery station and health fair open to all. The event benefits the Westfield Education Foundation.
*For the safety of our participants - NO pets on race day.

The Westfield Education Foundation's mission is to promote excellence in education for students at Westfield Washington Schools through classroom teaching grants, academic awards and college scholarships to enrich their learning experience. To date, the foundation has awarded over $840,000 in scholarships and teacher grants.

Westfield School Competition |
The Westfield school that has the highest number of registrations (in the run and walk combined) will win a $500 Physical Education teaching grant and a big trophy to display at their school.

You must be registered by the end of the day on March 12, 2016 to be counted toward your schools total.
*All elementary school children must be accompanied by an adult.

Packet Pick-up & Registration |
Packet Pick-Up will take place on Friday, March 18 from 12:00PM-6:00PM at Westfield High School in Auditorium Entrance Door #5.
Race Day packet pick up will be in the Auditorium Atrium. Participants can enter the building through doors 1 and 5.

Awards will take place around 10:30AM in the WHS LEGI Room near the WHS Auditorium.
The top three male and female finishers of the 5K race will be awarded BlueMile gift certificates.
The 1st place male and female in each age division of the 5K will be awarded BlueMile gift certificates. Age divisions are as follows, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and above
The top three male and female finishers of the 5K in the following age groups will be awarded a trophy - 12 and under, 13-14 and 15-19.
