Description:
The Beginner's Triathlon Training Clinic is a USAT sanctioned clinic put on by iTRI365. Certified coaches will be onsite to cover swim, bike and run basics as well as open water swim techniques, nutrition, transition set-up and training. Participants will be taught beginner level skills and given an opportunity to experience a mock triathlon.

Participants must have the following:
Bicycle and helmet
Swimsuit, goggles (swimcaps are recommended but not required)

This is the perfect clinic for anyone looking to experience triathlon without the full comittment. It is also perfect for new triathletes looking to learn proper form and technique as well as tips for getting faster.

This is a USAT sanctioned clinic, which means that each participant will be required to purchase either a one-day membership (which will cover the weekend) or have a current USAT membership. Proof of membership will be required.
