Join Corridor Running for this, the 16th running of the FreezeFest 5k at Squaw Creek Park in Marion, IA.

The FreezeFest 5k race has become a traditional "must run" event for Eastern Iowans. If you are ready to shake off the cabin fever and get out and hit the roads for a fun 5k, be sure to join us.

There's a big party post-race at the lodge, with catered food, music and your favorite beverages from Fleck Sales and Pepsi.

There is limited parking available in the park, and we have to cap entries to the first 350 people registered.

Sign up early and you'll get a spectacular two color long sleeve tech shirt, a custom race bib with your name on it, food and great music and also, a chance at a ton of door prizes.

14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69 , and 70+.
