NEW Packet Pick Up Instructions - PLEASE Read Carefully |
How to get your shirt, number, and timing chip if you registered on-line or via mail.
With the possibility of a record number of participants, we strongly encourage you to pick up your packet early and not wait until Sunday. Please note, these are the only times that you can pick up your shirt, number and chip.
Northwest Rooms (North Side of Key Arena):
Friday, March 14, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM ( Olympic Room)
Saturday, March 15, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Olympic Room)
Dash Day:
Sunday, March 16, 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM (Rainier Room)
Northwest Rooms are located on the North Side of Key Arena at the Seattle Center. Please follow the signs for packet pick up.
Shirts, numbers, and timing chips are not available at Bus Loading Zones or Dash Finish Area near Qwest Field.

There are three wave starts to help reduce crowding. To run or walk together, you must enter the same wave.
Green Wave (9:00 AM): RACE - all timed, award category
Red Wave (9:10 AM): RUN OR JOG - timed or un-timed
Yellow Wave (9:20 AM): WALK OR CRAWL - all un-timed
Please note:
No Strollers in Green or Red Waves.
NO DOGS, SCOOTERS, BLADES, or BIKES in any wave!
