For months there have been #PrayersForHeather being answered. We'd like to now #RunForHeather to raise money to assist with her continued therapy needs.

This event is open to all ages, and will include a non-competitive 5k, a 2 mile walk, and a 1-mile walk. All participants who complete the 5k will receive a medal!

FREE childcare will be provided by the Union College Gymnaires team!

We want all of Heather's friends from around the country to be able to join the event from wherever you are, so a "virtual run" option is also available. Just register, indicate you will be a virtual participant, and post your mileage on the #RunForHeather Facebook page. You will be sent the t-shirt and medal (if you complete the 5k) in the mail.

Packet pick-up will be Friday, Oct 16 at Union College Ortner Center from 4:30-6:30 p.m. and Sunday, Oct 18 at Holmes Lake Park from 7:30-8:45 a.m.

Both the 5k and the walk will start on the Holmes Lake trail northeast of the dam. The entire route will be on the trail. 5k participants will continue straight (and do an out and back) and then circle around the lake back to the Start.
