The race starts on the scenic brick streets of Adel, Iowa at 11th and Court St.

Parking is available in town or at the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School located at 801 Nile Kinnick Dr. South in Adel.

Transportation will be provided from the High School to the race location between 7:00 a.m. and 7:45 a.m.

Race T-shirts will only be guaranteed for registrations received by July
23rd. On-site registration available race day until 7:30 AM. Cash or check
only for on-site registration. T-shirts are not guaranteed for on site
registration.

Awards for 1st-3rd overall in both men's and women's categories.
In addition, awards for top 2 men and top 2 women runners in each of the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+;

There will be a prize for the best corn-related costume on a race participant.

Friday August 7th at the old Adel Middle School (N 10th and Court)
4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Saturday August 8th from 7:00 - 7:30 am outside the old Adel Middle
School (N 10th and Court).

The funds collected for the race will benefit local Daughters of the
American Revolution (DAR) Chapter Veteran projects.
