The Hempstead High School Booster Club in Dubuque, IA will be hosting its 6th Annual Bunny Hop 5K Run/Walk. Once again we will offer the 1/5th Mile Jelly Bean Fun Run for our younger children. Please support the Booster Club by participating in this fun event.

All proceeds will go towards equipping the new weight room!

8:00 a.m. Check in at Roosevelt Middle School cafeteria.
8:30 a.m. Jelly Bean Fun Run (1/5th mile) ($5 for online registration, $10 for mail-in or day of)
9:00 a.m. Bunny Hop 5K Run/Walk ($10 for online registration, $15 for mail-in or day of)

Jelly Bean Fun Run:
1/5th Mile Route: Starts at the intersection of Radford and Carver Drive (by the stop sign) and ends at the entrance to Roosevelt Middle School. All children running in the Jelly Bean Fun Run will receive a prize when they cross the finish line.

Bunny Hop 5K Run/Walk 5K Route:
Race begins on the Roosevelt Middle School campus (just outside of the cafeteria) and turns right onto Radford. Runners then run on Radford to Chavenelle Rd on which they take a right and run until the halfway marker (see attached map) at which point runners return to Roosevelt Middle School. The 5K race will have pull-tag timing by Kauder Racing and times will posted online.
5K age divisions for prizes: 10-13; 14-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60+

Post-race complimentary refreshments and prizes donated by area businesses.

Race day registration will be accepted until 8:15 a.m. for the Jelly Bean Fun Run and until 8:45 a.m. for the Bunny Hop 5K.
