Our holiday 5K broke records in 2014, and we're ready for more sweet fun for our ninth annual event in 2015! Thanks to our continued partnership with Jack's Donuts Carmel, we will have donuts at every water stop AND at the finish line with HOT CHOCOLATE. The event will again benefit our furry friends to help them find a good home. Prizes for the best dressed mutt and donut runner, along with our traditional silent auction prizes, cash purse and age group awards.

Race Day
Saturday, December 19th
Monon Community Center (1235 Central Park Drive East, Carmel, IN 46032)
7:30 - 8:45 a.m.: Packet pick-up and registration ($35 on race day)
9 a.m.: Start of the 5K run/walk
10:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Celebrate at the post-race party!

Following the event will again be a free post-race party including adult beverages and appetizers to kick off the holidays. The post-race party is for participants and their friends and families. Kids are welcome!

The top three overall males and females and the first place in each each group will receive an award.

The course starts on 111th street heading west to the first neighborhood entrance on the south. Participants will wind through the neighborhood to 106th street path west to the Monon Greenway then proceed north. Once the cross 111th street, they will turn west on the paths, wind through Central Park and finish at the Monon Community Center where the finish will be waiting for you. Enjoy the Pacer's DJ, DJ Denise the Menice as well as the Xfinity photo booth.

German Shepherd Rescue, Indianapolis Animal Care & Control, and the Hamilton County Humane Shelter.

These organizations provide adoption services to pets needing good homes and rely on donations to operate. Bring a bag of dog or cat food or blankets to receive a gift card from Athletic Annex and an previous event shirt. Last year's event produced a full truck load!

Parking is available on the west side of the Monon Community Center and in the 111th street neighborhood.
