8:00 am - 10:00 am. If you are registering for the race that morning, we encourage you to come early. T-shirts and race numbers will be handed out to participants at this time.

• The 5K Run/Walk will start at 9:00am.
  
• The 5K Adventure Run will start at 10:00am
  
with waves of runners every 10 minutes
(wave sign up on race day).

• All participants under 12 must be
  
accompanied by an adult.

• Sacks will be provided for runners to keep
  
items in during the race; do not bring valua-
bles. Lake View is not responsible for lost or
damaged items.

• Changing tents are provided for Adventure
  
Runners.

• No Strollers; No Pets.
  
• Door prizes will be awarded after the
  
Adventure Run. You must be present to win.

• A complete list of rules, information, and a
  
rain plan will be emailed to all participants.

This will be an untimed fun run. Each participant will be entered in a drawing to win door prizes.
