About the Training Class |
We will offer a Tuesday group run at 6:00pm and Saturday morning group long run at 7am from the store and other various locations across Lincoln.
Our training will include a running program that will be tailored to meet your schedule, pace, and goal.
We will meet with you either one on one or by email whichever is most convenient.
We will have monthly speakers one Tuesday each month at Red Dirt Running Company-Lincoln after our group run. Our speakers will go over everything you will need to know to properly train for the 1/2 marathon and marathon distance. From nutrition, proper training/training apparel, injury prevention, cross training, race day preparation, etc.
We will partner with Lotus House of Yoga and have optional Yoga classes on Sunday afternoons at a discounted price.
We will also partner with Powercyle and offer spin classes as cross training at a discounted price.

*Saturdays long runs will be held from the Red Dirt Store, Cooper YMCA or Pioneers Park
