Day of race registration, check-in, starting and finish lines will all be located at Ely City Park. A Post-Race Family Celebration, including music, food and beverages will follow the running events in the park. Pre-registered participants will receive drink tickets, glow sticks and other donated items. A free family movie will be shown at the American Legion.

Please note that vehicle parking will NOT be allowed in the parking lot at Ely City Park (except for handicapped) or along the north side of Dows Street between Hillcrest and Knoll Court after 2:00 PM on Friday. Participants are encouraged to park along Main Street, in the new paved parking lot just south of the American Legion building, downtown or along other available city streets.

Registration and Packets will also be available on Thursday, September 25th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Ely Community Center.

The 5K Run/Walk will start at 7:00 PM and the 1 Mile Run at 7:15 PM.

Race Day Registration will be from 4:30 - 6:15 PM.

5K Run
The race will be chip timed with trophies awarded to the top male and female finishers and medals to top three finishers in each age division. The top male and female finishers will not receive medals in addition to their trophies.

5K Race Age Division:
Under 12, 13 - 15, 16 - 19, 20 - 29
30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 and Up


An awards ceremony will be held at 8:10 PM.

1 Mile Run
Participation medals will be given to all participants under 12. The 1 Mile Run will not be officially timed.

Shirts for race day registrants will be ordered following the event. Race day registrants requesting a shirt will be notified when their shirt is available and the registrant will be responsible for picking up their shirt at the Ely Community Center during normal business hours.
