Awards go to the top male and female in the 5K as well as to the top male and female in each age group for the 5K and Pump & Run. 1st time 5K participants and Fun Run participants will receive ribbons. Participants can win both categories.

Pump & Run |
Participants will bench press a predetermined percentage of their body weight.
Men 18-39 - 100%
Women 18-39 - 70%
Men 40+ - 85%
Women 40+ - 55%
Each lift (maximum of 30 reps) reduces the participants 5k time by 30 seconds. Each competitor will be weighed on the
day of the race to determine their lifting weight. If a competitor does the full 30 reps it will reduce their overall run time by 15:00. Warm up racks and spotters will be available.
Participants may receive awards in both categories (5K and Pump & Run)
