Course Description and Information |
The course is an out and back (L-shaped) starting west then heading north. It is mostly flat with one gently rolling hill. Traffic protection will be provided.

Split Times given every mile.
Water stop on the course.
Results are posted in Sauk Valley Newspapers and race website.
Restroom and shower facilities available.
Orchestra students performances.

Post Race Party - Awards - Door Prizes |
There is a Post Race Party with food and refreshments provided.
The Award Ceremony is on the Indoor Track.
Awards given to Overall race winners, Masters, Scholastic and Age Groups - three deep.
Age groups: 10 and under, 11-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75+.
Certificates are given to all children 13 and under.
Door Prizes are given away at the Post Party.
All participants in the Kids Rhythm Run receive a ribbon and goodie bag.
