Event Description

  • 3 things are for sure:
    • A fun, low key, timed trail racing event
    • Bacon
    • Beer

  • Low flat registration fee covers the basics for the race, a kick ass post race cookout/potluck and a guaranteed donation to Friends of Off Road Cycling (FORC) who are the awesome mountain bikers that built and maintain the beautiful trails at Sunderbruch.
  • Distances will be measured but more than likely won't be exactly 5k/10k. No whining. This is about having fun, smashing single track, eating bacon and drinking beer.
  • The ~5k will mostly follow the green MTB trails and will be pretty fast with just rolling little inclines. The ~10k will cover basically all the trails at the park and will include some quick sharp descents and climbs mixed with some more technical sections.
  • All pre-registered runners get a sweet piece of swag. Simple, useful and awesome.
  • Online GetMeRegistered fee will be absorbed by the race. That means $20 is only $20.
  • Enough B&B will be provided for all runners. Bring snacks, dishes, other meat to grill, more beer or anything you'd like for the potluck post race party

  • Overall Male and Female winner for each distance in each of the two divisions get cash money. It might not be a ton but it'll be something. Exact amount will be announced closer to the race date.

  • $20 online pre-registration for both race distances.
  • $25 morning of registration (9:00-9:45AM - race day registration)
  • No paper registration form. Online and day of registration only.
  • Online registration available until midnight on the night of May 15th
