Course Description |
Triathlon course is open water swim, asphalt hills for bike, compact limestone and asphalt surfaces for run, all within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers park land. Bike course will be swept for gravel prior to race.

Run - 5K
Bike - 10.4 miles

Sprint Triathlon Course:
Swim - 500 meters
Bike - 10.4 miles
Run - 5K
Olympic Triathlon Course:
Swim - 1000 meters
Bike - 20.8 miles
Run - 10K

INCLEMENT WEATHER: August brings unpredictable weather. All efforts will be made to complete the race. Cancellation or postponement day of race will be set forth by the race director and USACE and law enforcement officials. No refunds can be given.
SWIM CAPS: Provided swim caps may contain LATEX, bring a liner if you need one.
