Packet Pickup, Race Day Registration |
Packet Pick-up and Registration will be available between March 29 - April 10 (excluding April 4) at: 6427 Avondale Drive, Nichols Hills Plaza from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Open late until 7 p.m. on April 8. On April 11, registration moves to the tent in front of the Waterford Complex Building 6301, from 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-up for Bicycle Events:
Saturday, April 10th at the Waterford Complex Building 6301 on Waterford Blvd. Bicycle Tours: 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-up for Other Events: Sunday, April 11th at the Waterford Complex Building 6301 on Waterford Blvd. from 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Please note chips are not guaranteed race day and will not be assigned later than 1 pm.)

USATF Sanctioning |
The Redbud Classic 5k and 10k road races are USATF-sanctioned and certified. Runners are eligible for state and national records and rankings. The walk is not a sanctioned event.

Parking |
Saturday: Waterford Complex Building - enter from Pennsylvania before 7 a.m. No traffic will be allowed to enter Waterford after 7 a.m. Parking is also available at Penn Square Mall, Pennsylvania and Northwest Expressway, in the northwest corner of the lot near U.M.B. Bank. Penn Square Mall assumes no responsibility for cars parked there. No parking on Grand Blvd. Violators will be ticketed. All riders are encouraged to park at the Waterford. Parking for the Children's Run available at Nichols Hills Plaza.
Sunday: Waterford Complex Building - enter the Waterford parking areas from 63rd Street before 1 p.m. No traffic will be allowed to enter the Waterford after 1 p.m. except for Waterford owners and tenants. Additional parking at Penn Square Mall, Pennsylvania and Northwest Expressway, or the Glenbrook Center, N.W. 63rd Street & Grand Blvd. Penn Square and Glenbrook Center assume no responsibility for cars parked in those lots. No parking permitted on race course or any city streets. Cars on the course will be towed. Parking available for wheelchair participants in the BancFirst lot.
Sunday Bus Service will be available from Nichols Hills Plaza before and after the race from noon to 1:30 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. Buses run from Nichols Hills Plaza to Waterford. Bus stop in Nichols Hills Plaza located at the Shell Station on the corner of Avondale and Western. No bus service to Penn Square.

Age Groups and Awards |
Classifications are the same for the 10k and 5k events. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals will be awarded in each age division in competitive events. Trophies will also be awarded in certain categories. See website for details.
On Sunday, the ceremony will be on the Nichols Hills Plaza band stage with live entertainment and concessions. Awards will not be distributed at the ceremony. Final results will be confirmed by April 19. Awards will be mailed.

Water/Medical Stations |
Water and Powerade Stations will be set up throughout course and at start and finish areas. Remember, heat kills, and water saves! Past Redbud Classics have proven it can be hot and humid. Please drink plenty of water before, during and after the race.
Medical Station Location: Nichols Hills Fire Department, east of the finish line area in Nichols Hills Plaza. Supervised by St. Anthony Hospital, O.S.S.O. Foundation and the Nichols Hills Fire Department.

7:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.: Bicycle Tours Start
Waterford Complex Building, N.W. 63rd Street and Pennsylvania. The 52 Mile riders will start, followed by the 33 Mile riders with 10 Mile riders last. Finish for tours is at the Waterford.
Please Note: Riders arriving at the Main Street Plaza shopping center in Jones after 9 a.m. will be required to return on the 33-mile course. All courses close at 11:00 a.m. At least two sweep trucks/sag wagons will be available on the course to return riders to the Waterford Complex Building.
After-Ride Celebration
The annual after-ride celebration includes live entertainment, refreshments, awards and drawings. Prize drawings at 11:00 a.m. for all participants. Must be present to win.
08:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Pancake Breakfast
Waterford Complex Building. Free pancake breakfast courtesy of the Waterford Marriott and Oklahoma Natural Gas. Donations will be welcomed and will directly benefit Safe Kids Oklahoma.
11:00 a.m. - 01:00 p.m.: Children's Fitness Run
Race begins at noon at Nichols Hills Plaza, N. Western and Avondale Drive. A free one-mile run/walk/stroll for children ages 1-12. Release forms must be signed by parent or adult guardian prior to the start. Pre-race activities and entertainment provided by Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children. Little Caesars Pizza will provide pizza to all participants. You may pre-register for the Children's Run in the registrations office. T-shirts are available for purchase at the event.
4:30 p.m. - 07:30 p.m.: Pasta on the Pond
Waterford Pond, N.W. 63rd and Pennsylvania. Pre-race pasta buffet served for $5 by Bellini's and Ben E. Keith. Live entertainment for all ages and special activities for children. Bring a blanket, your family and friends.

Non-competitive walk: all ages and levels of fitness. Walkers line-up behind all 10K & 5K participants on Pennsylvania. Decorate your stroller in that "Redbud Spirit" and you'll be eligible for the "Best Decorated Stroller" award.
Note: Any participant walking in the event must register regardless of age. Infants pushed in a stroller do not need to register.
