Registration:
Online registration strongly encouraged. Avoid extra fees and register online.
Location:
Starts on Main Street east of the square in downtown Chatham and finishes at Chatham Community Park - Chatham, Illinois
New for 2009:
All participants will receive a lightweight fleece headband with the unique Heroes logo- just in time for cooler weather!
Proceeds:
Proceeds benefit the Be The Match Foundation. All race proceeds go directly to this life-saving program.
5-mile awards:
Awards will be issued to top finishers in the following categories:
Top (2) overall male and female
Top (2) male and female age group finishers in the following categories: 14 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+

Last year, proceeds of more than $2,000 were donated the the Be The Match Foundation (Formerly the National Marrow Donor Program). We hope to surpass that goal this year. Know that you are running not just for fun, fitness, and competition, but to allow the Be The Match Foundation to continue to help save lives.
