Distances - Age Groups

Ages 7 and 8:
Swim 50 yards - Bike 1 mile - Run 1/4 Mile.

Ages 9, 10, and 11:
Swim 100 yards - Bike 2 miles - Run 1/2 Mile.

Ages 12, 13 and 14:
Swim 150 yards - Bike 3 miles - Run 1 Mile.

Important Note:
Please make every effort to pick up your packet on Friday night.

Mandatory Orientation Meeting:
All participants MUST attend a pre-race orientation with a parent or guardian.
These will be held at 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM Friday (at Packet Pick Up) and 8:30 AM on race morning.
