WHAT: 5k & 10k road race, new course; Running injury prevention & treatment clinic following the awards ceremony with local sports medicine professionals.

WHEN: Saturday January 11, 2014. Start time: 10k at Noon; 5k at 12:30. Course closes at 1:45 p.m.
Packet pickup, day of race: 11 a.m. - Noon.

WHERE: Start/Finish at Talent Middle School; 102 Christian Avenue - Talent, OR. Indoor bathrooms are available at the school. Registration, awards ceremony, clinic are indoors. No showers.

COURSE: 5k is out & back on Foss. 10k is an out & back, from Foss to Adams to Colver with the turnaround near Camp Baker Rd.

ENTRY FEES: $17 for non-members / $12 for SOR members (if received or postmarked by 12/28).
$22 for non-members / $17.00 for SOR Members (Online: 12/29-01/09 / Mail: postmarked by 01/04).

Day of Race entries will be $25 for all runners except 14 and under. 14 and under is always $7.00.

**Frostbite Run red fleece hats are available. Price is $10. **

or unregistered participants.
