Pleasant Run Run -This is 5 mile race that takes you through the beautiful tree-lined avenues of Historic Irvington. This time-honored traditional course is filled with lots of spectators, cow bells and fun. The course is fast and primarily flat. Prizes for many age groups.
Halloween is the best time to be in Irvington! After the race, enjoy the Wondrous Irvington Halloween Festival (complete with a beer garden). So much to do! All proceeds go to the benefit of Historic Irvington.

Inaugural Red Dress Run/Walk -2-ish mile Fantastically Fun jaunt - All participants (male and female) decked out in red dresses - Why? Why not? - includes one water/root beer stop - complete with limbo pole - You'll have the opportunity to show us your best Prancercise moves as you amble down Irvington's beautiful tree-lined avenues flaunting a smile and your favorite red dress. You'll be able to say "I was there" as part of Irvington history and this inaugural run as you join hundreds of others creating red streaks, pandemonium and lots of camera flashes! There will be a roving completely random prize committee that will be on hand to recognize talent, chutzpah, and accessories! We will also have prizes for Best Dressed Female and Worst Dressed Male.
All proceeds go to the benefit of Historic Irvington.

All events start and finish near the intersection of East Washington Street and Audubon Rd. Parking is available behind the AT&T building @ 5747 E Washington St. Additional parking can be found on nearby side streets. (Please do not park along the course route - watch for no parking signs).

Note: Washington Street between Ritter Ave. and Audubon Rd. will be closed beginning at 6 am on race day. Participants should enter at the intersection of Arlington Ave. and East Washington Street. There will be a police officer on duty. Please identify yourself as a run participant. Please arrive early to allow yourself ample time to park.

8:30 AM - 5 Mile Run
9:30 AM - Inaugural Red Dress Run -2 mile Fantasticly Fun Jaunt
10:00 AM - Awards program

You may pick up your packet or register late at the United Methodist Church on Sat. Oct. 26th starting at 7 AM.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Irvington United Methodist Church. The awards ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM. Attractive awards will be presented to the top overall finisher in the 5 mile RUN, and the top 1 finisher in each age group.

The 5 Mile Run course will have two water stations - The 2 mile walk will have one.
