Live Runners |
Runners will start to race for their life at 8 a.m. Each runner will be fitted with a "life flag" during registration. The runner is racing to save his/her life. The first three runners to cross the finish line with their "life flag" still attached will win the runner portion of the race, in1st, 2nd, 3rd place. There is no age group divisions, only runners that survive the zombie chase. All runners must be 11 years of age or older.

Zombies |
Zombies can visit the Zombie Make up tent from 6:30-7:45 pre race. Volunteer make-up artists will "gorrify" zombie runners. Zombie runners may do their own make up. Wearing costumes and fake blood are encouraged. Zombies will be lined up directly behind "live runners". Zombies will be released three minutes after last "live runner" leaves the start line. Zombies will try and capture as many "life flags" as possible. The zombie to cross the finish line with most "life flags" wins the zombie portion of the race, in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. There are no age group divisions, only hungry zombies that are collecting runners lives. All zombie runners must be 11 years of age or older.

Medics |
Medics will be fitted with a red cross sticker on back of t shirt. No age restriction on Medics. Medics will start three minutes after the last zombie leaves the start line. Medics will run, not be chased by zombies, or chase "live runners". Medics will pay a reduced rate of $25. The first Medics to cross the finish line in 1st , 2nd, and 3rd order will receive medals. The Medics will not have age group divisions.
