About |
The Task Force Dagger Foundation provides support and assistance to our wounded, ill or injured soldiers and their families two ways: immediate needs and Recreational Therapy Events. All needs are vetted through the US SOCOM Care Coalition to ensure that the soldier and family's needs are being met. These soldiers, commonly known as Green Berets, Rangers, as well as other elements of USASOC, are part of our US Special Operations Command (SOCOM). The Foundation has a 5.4% overhead rate. Out of every dollar donated, the soldier and family receive 94.6 cents.
Texas Army National Guard's Officer Candidate School is dedicated to training and educating officer candidates in the fundamentals of leadership and basic military skills, to instill the professional ethic, evaluate leadership potential, and commission those who qualify as Second Lieutenants in the Texas Army National Guard.
