Pound the Pavement 5K Run/Walk and 1-Mile Fun Run

Pound the Pavement is an annual fundraising event organized by the Coach Carey Foundation. Proceeds from the race support the Coach Carey Foundation scholarship fund. Last year's event proved to be a huge success. We had an overwhelming response of 400+ participants. This year, we hope to exceed those numbers. Come and join in the fun!

Before and after the race, medical professionals will be administering cholesterol screenings and blood pressure checks. The health fair is open to all participants and the general public. Take advantage of this opportunity to get tested and speak with medical professionals about your results

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 5K Run. In addition, the top 3 male and female 5K finishers in each age division will receive an award.

Age Groups: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75+

Packet pickup takes place from 6:45am-7:45am in Falls Park near the Community Building. Race day registration is also available.
