We constantly update our website, so check periodically for new details.
Race Director, Eric Sarno, will send updates via e-mail to all registered participants, as the race approaches.
Event Shirts:
T- shirts are specific to a male or female: sizing/cut.
If extra small shirt sizes are no longer available, registrants will be given a small size.
Please note: If you are selecting a woman's cut shirt, you may consider choosing a size larger than you normally wear.
Late Entries:
Once the event sells out, anyone who is on the waiting list, and let into the event, the entry fee will be $80.
Charity Spots:
Once the event sells out, there will be charity spots available, on a first come - first serve basis.
The entry fee will be $100 with $20 going directly to benefiting Stroke Rehabilitation.

Your age on December 31st, 2013 will be the age group you will compete in on race day.
This rule will apply to all United States Triathlon Sanctioned Races moving forward.
Just to be clear, if you are 29 years old on June 17th, but 30 on November 29, you will be racing in the 30 to 34 age group.
