Friday, April 6th, from 5:00 - 9:00 PM at the SHAC (1144 N. Lava Flow Dr.) or on Saturday, April 7th at 6:00 AM and available before each event!

Parking |
Will NOT BE available at the SHAC due to the race course. Please park at the Snow Canyon High School or Middle School and ride your bike over.

Course Distances |
Swim (25yds Length):
Beginner - 8 Lengths (200yds)
Sprint - 16 Lengths (400yds)
Kids Beg - 2 Lengths (50yds)
Kids Sprint-4 Lengths
Bike:
Beginner - 1 Loop (5 Miles)
Sprint - 2 Loops (10 Miles)
Kids Beginner- 1 Mile out and 1 back on same course)
Kids Sprint - 2 Miles (1 out and 1 back on same course)
Run:
Beginner - 1 Loop (1.5 Miles)
Sprint - 2 Loops (3 Miles)
Kids Beginner- 1/2 Mile
Kids Sprint - 3/4 Mile ( .375 Miles out and .375 Miles back on same course)
