By supporting your local AORN chapter, your contribution will allow us to continue to educate perioperative nurses in our area on the most up to date surgical practice guidelines, including patient safety.

Race will be held rain or shine. 1.1 mile of both routes is on a graded gravel road. The road is flat and even, but barefoot running is not recommended.

T-Shirts
T-shirt size and availability is only guaranteed for early registration participants. A limited number of extra shirts will be available at packet pickup for late registrants, but they will be dispersed as first come, first serve.

Awards
Medals will be given to the top three finishers for male and female runners in both the 5k and the 10k. A $100 basket from Natural Grocers will be raffled for donations to AORN, along with an additional raffle for a free dinner for two at The Mad Pita.

Benefiting
By participating in this race, you will be contributing to the efforts of the local chapter of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), which represents more than 41,000 registered nurses in the United States and abroad. AORN nurses facilitate the management, teaching and practice of perioperative nursing, and conduct perioperative research.
