Help Support the Northwest Burn Foundation

The Northwest Burn Foundation's mission is to prevent burns and improve the quality of life for burn survivors through programs, education and research.

Our programs include:

Summer Camp:
Young burn survivors ages 7-17 spend a week in a safe, supportive environment to share feelings and experiences while having fun.

Emergency Housing:
The NWBF operates two fully-furnished temporary emergency housing units for burn patient families.

Burn Prevention Education:
Supports educational programs aimed at educating children and adults about fire and burn safety throughout the Northwest.

Adult Burn Support
Reaches out to adult burn survivors in providing a supportive and social environment in group settings.

Post-Race Celebration

Held near the finish line at the Alki Beach Statue of Liberty Plaza, the post-race celebration is an event that whole family can enjoy. Participants will receive a grab bag of sponsor goodies and a hosted healthful snack table. We will also have a beer garden and vendors with health-related, running and fire safety booths.
