Starting line is at 8th and Locust.
Finish chute is at Nollen Plaza (4th and Locust)
Capital Strider members receive a $5 discounts when they pre-register.
No discount available at packet pickup or on race day.

Course |
The 10-Mile course starts in downtown Des Moines and winds through the near northwest neighborhoods.
The 5K course will be run in the downtown area.
The Pursuit Junior kids race will begin west of the finish line on Locust and is free, however registration is required.

Technical shirts are guaranteed to first (500) pre-registered participants.
