Late and Expo Registration - Special Instructions

If you register after 9:00 AM EDT on Wednesday, June 8, please read these special instructions.

Late and expo registrants will be assigned and receive their packets at the "on-site registration" area of the expo. Their names will not appear on the bib number lookup lists displayed at the expo.

Shirt sizes will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

About The Carmel Marathon Championship Weekend

Join us on Saturday, June 11, 2011, for the inaugural Carmel Marathon Championship Weekend offering a marathon, half marathon, Championship Weekend 8K and the Allstate 1-mile Family Fitness walk. In addition to the above, the USA Track & Field Men's 8K Championship will be run offering a $20,000 purse! All races will utilize the same start and finish line to allow crowds to line the streets and watch the JumboTron as the participants enjoy the soft flowing courses. The Indiana Live! Evening Concert including the Awards Presentation and Closing Ceremonies will be located on Main Street as the street party continues into the evening. All participants will receive a free pass to the Monon Center to enjoy the use of pools to relax after the race.

7:00 am - Marathon and half marathon start
8:30 am - Championship Weekend 8K Run / Walk starts
10:00 am - Allstate Insurance 1-Mile Family Fitness Walk starts
8:00 am - 2:00 pm - Post event party outdoors @ the Center Green
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Indiana Live! Street Party including concert, Awards Presentation and Closing Ceremonies on Main Street.

Where

The start and finish of the Marathon, Half Marathon and Championship Weekend 8K will take place at the corners of City Center Drive and 3rd Avenue at The Palladium. Free shuttle service to and from the Renaissance and Hampton Hotels with a stop at the Official off-site parking lot located at Pennsylvania and City Center Drive across from the Renaissance Hotel (Official Hotel).

What

A nationally promoted marathon, half marathon and Championship Weekend 8K including the USA Track & Field Men's 8K Championship. All race routes will highlight picturesque views of Hamilton County including the Carmel Arts & Design District, Old Town Carmel and Carmel - Clay Parks.

Participants will enjoy the newly built Monon Community Center at Central Park offering a 161-acre park featuring natural wetlands, lagoon, boardwalk and four miles of trails.
