Race day check-in starts at 8:00 AM.

Free parking at Water Works Park.

Around Gray's Lake Park Trail; very flat.

Refreshments provided, restrooms available.

Awards will be given:
- $15 gift certificate to Buffalo Wild Wings to the top male finisher and the top female finisher
- For the team with the most members: $100 will be given to the charity of the team's choice
- Door prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the race; some possible door prizes include:
*Buffalo Wild Wings gift cards
*Iowa Bakery Cafe gift cards
*Scheel's gift card
*Jimmy John's gift cards
*Mars gift cards
*And possibly more

Participants registered on or before April 17th will be guaranteed a tshirt. Registering after April 17th will not guarantee you a tshirt.

Day-of-race registration is allowed, but a t-shirt is not guaranteed. Day-of-race registration is $25.00 and can only be paid for with a check.

Project HOPE is Lambda Kappa Sigma's philanthropy, and it stands for Health Opportunities for People Everywhere. The mission of Project HOPE is "To achieve sustainable advances in health care around the world by implementing health education programs and providing humanitarian assistance in areas of need." Three major goals of Project HOPE are:
-Helping people help themselves
-Sharing of medical knowledge
-Developing long-term solutions to pressing health problems
