Ages 9, 10, and 11:
Swim 100 yards - Bike 3.17 miles - Run 1/2 Mile

Ages 12, 13 and 14:
Swim 200 yards - Bike 5.4 miles - Run 1 Mile

If you are not a current member, you will be able to purchase a 1-year youth membership ($5) during the registration process.

Orientation Meeting:
All participants MUST attend a pre-race orientation with a parent or guardian. These will be held at 7:00 PM (at Packet Pick Up) and 8:30 AM on race morning.
