Carmel Marathon Expo Information

The Carmel Marathon Expo is FREE and open to the public during Registration/Participant Packet Pick up. This is the ONLY location for participants to pick up their packets. There is no registration or packet pick up on race day.

Our Expo has included exhibitors from across the U.S. featuring running apparel, regional running events, running products, specialty food retailers and local charities. Our Expo offers something for runners and non-runners alike.

Space is limited as our Expo has sold out the last five years.

Exhibitors Receive:

  • One complimentary race entry for the Marathon, Half, 10K or 5K
  • 8 ft. table with black table cloth and two chairs
  • Access to snacks and drinks provided by CRRG Events
  • Ability to serve as a vendor also on race day and to be part of the Participant Bag program
  • Returning vendors will receive priority choice of booth location(s)

  • Promotions/Advertisements:
    (upon receiving your registration)

  • Website exposure on the event’s official website with your logo linked to your company website
  • Promotion prior to event through event’s social media channels
  • • Post-event email thanking all participants with your logo linked and your contact information

    Participant Bag Insert Program

    The Participant Bag is your opportunity to get your product and/or information directly into the hands of each participant. Participant Bags will be distributed to all individuals registered for the marathon, half marathon, marathon relay, 10K and 5K along with sponsors and VIPs.

    All items must fit within certain size specifications listed below. If the item is paper material, the item must be 8.5" x 11" or smaller. If the item is a product or sample, please keep within a reasonable size. If you have any questions about a product sample size please email the Race Director at todd@carmelmarathon.com.
