Space Rental Information: All spaces are located in the school gymnasium and cafeteria if needed. Each space is 10X10 and is Non-Refundable
If you need electricity, the spaces are limited so it will be available on a first come first serve basis, and there will be an additional fee of $10. Please be sure to note on the application that electricity is needed.
Setup Time: Friday, November 30, 2018, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm; Saturday, December 1, 2018, at 6:00 am. Please note after you unload your items, you will need to park on Esther St, the Woodland Ave. parking lot (next to the playground) or in the parking lot on the North end of the building to ensure parking for all of our customers.
Take Down Time: Participants are not permitted to start taking down/packing up their booths before 3:00 pm. We also ask that you please clean up any litter within your designated area, and leave your space as you found it.
Equipment: You are more than welcome to bring your own tables, however; a 6 foot table and two chairs will be provided for you.
Refreshments: Lunch will be available at a reasonable cost. Profits will benefit the 8th grade pilgrimage to Washington, D.C. in January.
Raffle: Exhibitors are asked to donate an item for our raffle; all profits from the raffle will also benefit the 8th grade pilgrimage to Washington, D.C. in January.
Publicity: Our Arts and Crafts Show will be publicized to our parents, staff, parish, local newspapers, local radio, signs, church bulletins, social media, and, of course, by word of mouth.
